We Are All Mothers

Rogue Gallery is extremely proud to be hosting this solo exhibition of
beautiful works by Jessica Brox: ‘We are all Mothers” is a series of
drawings and paintings that are telling the stories of the Gazan
people over the past several months. The charcoal drawings and oil
paintings focus on the insufferable experiences of the Palestinian
people and ask us to acknowledge our shared connection and our common humanity.

The series captures the depth of human emotions, struggles, and resilience.

The inclusion of the metaphorical imagery of little birds in our hands
in the titles reinforces the idea of our collective responsibility to
protect and care for one another, transcending borders and
differences. We are all bound, we are all accountable. We are all
mothers.

Opens Friday August 2nd and continues throughout August.
