Rafe Eddington

Born in London in 1970 and after having lived in Italy & Los Angeles at various stages, Rafe landed in St Leonards on Sea three years ago.

Rafe is passionate about theatre, film, art and fashion, all of which are seen in abundance in the daily life of this unique town, and so he soon started documenting it using the sea as the background in a journalistic/reportage style.

Rafe has always taken photographs but…

“capturing the essence of St Leonard’s is the first serious project I’ve undertaken - it started 2 years ago, and I don’t see it ending anytime soon”.
